- Không quảng cáo, không công cụ theo dõi, không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bé.
- Không hỏi tên thật, ảnh, trường, địa chỉ hay vị trí của bé.
- Tiến độ học được lưu ngay trên máy của bạn. App hiện không có máy chủ và không gửi dữ liệu của bé đi đâu.
- Giọng nói của bé chỉ được xử lý tạm thời trên máy để biết bé đã nói, không ghi lại và không dùng để huấn luyện AI.
1. App lưu những gì
Đảo Líu Lo lưu các thông tin sau trong bộ nhớ của máy, để bé học tiếp đúng chỗ:
- Hồ sơ bé do bố mẹ tạo: biệt danh (không cần tên thật), nhóm tuổi (ví dụ 5–6) và màu nhân vật Mầm.
- Tiến độ học: bài đã học, số sao, các từ bé hay nhầm (để ôn lại), số phút học mỗi ngày, chuỗi ngày học, phần thưởng và tranh đã tô.
- Cài đặt của bố mẹ: giới hạn phút học, phút tô màu, lời dẫn tiếng Việt, âm nhạc và các lựa chọn về giọng nói.
- Việc bố mẹ đã xác nhận là cha, mẹ hoặc người giám hộ và đã đồng ý cho app dùng micro.
Các thông tin này nằm trên máy của bạn. Genzora không nhận được chúng.
2. Micro và giọng nói
Ở phần luyện nói, app dùng micro để nghe bé nói theo. Trước khi dùng micro, app hỏi bố mẹ và sau đó hệ điều hành hỏi quyền micro. Âm thanh được xử lý ngay trên máy để biết bé đã nói hay chưa; app không ghi âm thanh ra tệp, không gửi đi và không dùng để huấn luyện trí tuệ nhân tạo.
Nếu không cho phép micro, bé vẫn học được các phần không cần nói. Bố mẹ có thể tắt micro bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt của máy.
Trong Khu phụ huynh có tuỳ chọn “Lưu bản ghi giọng nói” (mặc định tắt), dành cho tính năng gửi clip bé nói mỗi tuần sẽ có sau này. Hiện app chưa lưu bản ghi nào. Khi tính năng này ra mắt, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này trước.
3. Mua gói học
Gói Tiêu chuẩn và Cao cấp là thuê bao tự gia hạn qua App Store. Việc thanh toán do Apple thực hiện theo chính sách của Apple; Genzora không nhận thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản thanh toán của bạn. App chỉ đọc trạng thái gói (đang dùng gói nào) từ App Store để mở nội dung tương ứng. Bé không thấy giá và không thể tự mua: phần mua gói nằm trong Khu phụ huynh, có cổng dành cho người lớn.
4. Bên thứ ba
App không dùng bộ công cụ quảng cáo, phân tích hay theo dõi của bên thứ ba. Các liên kết ra ngoài app (điều khoản, chính sách này, quản lý gói) chỉ mở từ Khu phụ huynh, sau cổng dành cho người lớn.
5. Trẻ em
Đảo Líu Lo dành cho trẻ khoảng 3–9 tuổi học tiếng Anh cùng bố mẹ. Chúng tôi thiết kế app để không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ, theo tinh thần của các quy định bảo vệ trẻ em như COPPA (Hoa Kỳ) và GDPR (châu Âu).
6. Xem và xoá dữ liệu
Bố mẹ xem tiến độ của bé trong Khu phụ huynh. Để xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu, vào Khu phụ huynh › Cài đặt › “Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu của bé”, hoặc gỡ app khỏi máy. Vì dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy, xoá xong là không còn ở đâu khác.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi app thay đổi cách dùng dữ liệu (ví dụ thêm tính năng cần mạng), chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày áp dụng ở đầu trang trước khi thay đổi có hiệu lực.

- We never ask for a child’s real name, photo, school, address or location.
- Learning progress is stored on your device only. The app currently has no server and does not send your child’s data anywhere.
- Your child’s voice is processed temporarily on the device to detect that they spoke; it is not recorded and never used to train AI.
1. What the app stores
- A child profile created by a parent: a nickname (no real name needed), an age group (for example 5–6) and the colour of the Mam character.
- Learning progress: lessons completed, stars, words the child often misses (for review), minutes learned per day, learning streak, rewards and coloured pictures.
- Parent settings: daily time limits, colouring minutes, Vietnamese narration, music and voice options.
- The parent’s confirmation that they are the child’s parent or guardian, and their consent to microphone use.
This information stays on your device. Genzora does not receive it.
2. Microphone and voice
In speaking practice the app uses the microphone to hear the child repeat words. Before using the microphone the app asks the parent, then the operating system asks for permission. Audio is processed on the device only to detect whether the child spoke; it is not saved to a file, not sent anywhere and not used to train artificial intelligence. Without microphone permission the child can still use every part that does not require speaking.
The Parent Area includes an option “Save voice recordings” (off by default) reserved for a future weekly voice-clip feature. The app does not store any recordings today; we will update this policy before that feature launches.
3. Purchases
The Standard and Premium plans are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the App Store. Payment is handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; Genzora never receives your card or payment account details. The app only reads which plan is active from the App Store. Children cannot see prices or buy anything: purchasing is in the Parent Area behind a parental gate.
4. Third parties
The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Links that leave the app (terms, this policy, subscription management) are only available in the Parent Area behind a parental gate.
5. Children
Dao Liu Lo is designed for children aged about 3–9 learning English with their parents. The app is built not to collect children’s personal information, in line with children’s privacy rules such as COPPA (United States) and the GDPR (European Union).
6. Viewing and deleting data
Parents can see their child’s progress in the Parent Area. To delete all data, go to Parent Area › Settings › “Delete all of the child’s data”, or uninstall the app. Because data lives only on the device, it is then gone everywhere.
7. Changes
If the app changes how it uses data (for example, adding an online feature), we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
